I do not have access to a fax machine,so I had to send you a scanned copy of our contract and payments (made on a charge account now closed). As I explained,resolution of this matter will only be in a full refund. I have already sent copies of this information to my credit card company,to dispute these payments,based on failure to provide the service,as stated in Domingo's e-mail. I have also contacted several agencies to reach out for help in resolving this matter. I attempted more than once to resolve this,and only got the run around if this is not fraud to get us to sign our contract...it's very,very dangerously close. Please contact me on how this will be resolved either via e-mail or by phone.

Domingo,who started all this stuff, decided today (April 29,2009) to respond to my reply,when he tried to recruit my child again! I guess he thinks I am a sucker!:
Mr. and Mrs. P, I am deeply sadden that after all I have done for Arthur, helping him
on his cold reads before a showcase, getting him in some background work, being curteous with
you two even after you requested to have Kira become Arthur's talent director and now letting you
know I am no longer with Be and you feel I have done your family wrong is really a shame.
I take great pride in my ethics and the part about "keep smiling" it is like my trademark in thousands
of emails I sent out I say that. For you to think that I have changed my name is also sad, I don't have
anything to hide and still am very proud of my work as a talent director as there are many parents that

Do you remember what you told us,when we signed our our contract with Be?..Do
you understand that we did not get the services that YOU told us we would get
prior to signing our contract. Do you really not care about people that much?

Arthur on his showcases. You only spent your precious not even 3
minutes of your time to hear my son's commercial. I don't think that
was true statement because, all the kids were all in line waiting for
you. We changed the talent director too because, you never have anytime
for us after you got all our money. You always had an alibi every time
I called you on the phone. Either I'm with the client, I'm driving
can't hear you, I will call you later when I get to my office. One time
I called you and did you say to me that I was spending time with my
family and you will get back to me. Did you get to me and the answer

Lancaster spent a lot of time to my son more that 30 min. to 45 min.

I met Domingo on the talent website, went to one event, met him at his house and was nearly raped, my father couldnt find him after, I want to know more info on this scam he's created, he almost raped me at his house.
