Open Letter to Martin Herrera of My Talent Services

This e-mail was sent to me by Martin Herrera of My Talent Services. This was response to some questions that I had to Martin in regards to My Talent Services. Mr. Herrera is very eloquent with his responses,but still fails to answer basic questions. I will post his entire e-mail. Here are parts that I have found questionable:

When I went to the web site today,that part was missing..but click on studio's and guess what!

I, myself worked in the casting/talent division of Be. LLC. Mr. DeSando asked me to help with the new studio opening during the November 08, holiday season. It was at this time that my services came about with the opening of the new Tarzana office. This was due to my knowledge of the entertainment industry. I worked directly with the talent agents, casting directors, and talent managers.

My background in the industry is vast by 28 years

So In November of last year Eric DeSando,knew he was moving his operation to Tarzana. If anyone cared about the parents (past and present employees) they would have let us know. No one was told anything. We did not find out until we tried to contact our "talent director" and received a automated e-mail telling us,she no longer worked for Be and that they were moving and closing all Nor Cal offices. I wonder if Mr. Herrera did his home work first and saw these:

In regards to your wanting names and the location of My Talent Service, Scott, you and your family are no longer members of Be. LLC. Now, if you and your family were still Be. LLC members, I would gladly give you that information requested.

Again, that information will only be available to active and current members of the Be. LLC family

So in other words,even though I only got two-thirds of my money back,and Be kept $1175 of my money,I am not worthy enough to be told "who is My Talent Service"..in other words,sorry you were ripped-off.

It was also brought to our attention the harassing e-mails, blogs, and negative press you are presenting to outside parties in regards to Ms. Brainard. Scott, it is not constructive and/or positive of the current situation. Ms. Brainard is here to help, please do not post negative feed about her. She’s done nothing wrong in helping the families. I am sure your friends, family, employer, and colleagues would be hurt to know that you are focusing such hurtful accusations on an innocent person just trying to help.

Sorry,but anything that was posted on this blog is the truth ( remember the saying "the truth hurts") My communication has filled with lies and I am sorry that I hurt someone who seems to be part of it. I refer to this post:

Be Productions..When will the lies stop!

This is a e-mail that was forwarded to me from Channel 5 consumer watch,in there inquiry into my problem with Be Productions:
Scott and Maribel, I received this email from Be. Do you think this captures the essence of your position with Barry Falck? I'm not sure what you think the best resolution would be, however I recently read a new piece about the legal mandates for a company like Mr Falck's and when I find the information I'll get it to you.

Hi Don,

This is Liz from the customer service department at Be. Barry and I spoke with Maribel Poggenburg today Thursday, April 30th around 5:00 PM to once again try and come to an agreement. We have offered her a free showcase with some of the top agencies in California. This showcase will be held in Northern California on May 31st with a special celebrity appearance by The Suite Life of Zach and Cody's Adrian R'Mante. We are also shooting production for one of our shows that same weekend which was offered to her as well. Besides offering a free showcase and shoot with a Disney star, we also offered a one year free membership for our website. Our website is a great tool for members to create a resume and profile to send out to castings. Agents and casting directors are checking out our website daily.

This evening when we spoke with her to try and reiterate our offerings, she said "to never call again." All our services and offerings to the Poggenburgs will continue to stand when they are ready. It is a two way street and we will continue to offer our services and help, but they have to be willing to participate.

2nd they never told my wife they would be "shooting" production for one of their shows,nor did they say what shows lie number 2
Also,my wife never told Liz Bernard or Christine not to call again..she told Barry Flack-lie number 3

Sorry,but lost in all this blah,blah,blah is the fact that Be hurt more families that you may even realize. I know,I have talked to them. They came to me for help,because no one would help them..NO ONE. If you really wanted to help those families,do some charity work for them,don't continue to take their money. Be went under..My Talent Service took their place,and people are still out. There is no way you can justify what has happened and what continues to happen. and by the way if I no longer am a Be or My Talent Services or whatever the next name is customer,WHY DO I CONTINUE TO GET YOUR E-MAILS? WHY WAS THE LAST ONE FROM LIZ? WHY ARE PARENTS THAT ARE STILL CUSTOMERS,COMMING TO ME,BECAUSE THEY NEVER GOT HER E-MAIL? HOW DO YOU JUSTIFY WHAT YOU ARE CHARGING PEOPLE THAT ALREADY PAID ALOT OF MONEY? I do not expect these questions answered because they deal with the truth..and we all know..the truth hurts..here's his compleste e-mail. Current members,if he does tell you the whole story about MTS let me know.

Please note, with your added monitoring, you have assisted our team in making adjustments to the GonnaBe website.

We are a very limited staff, only four and we are working tirelessly to help all of the Be. LLC members, so your help is very, very appreciated.

After reviewing your past e-mails and blogs. I am noticing an on-going disbelief with who “My Talent Service” is.

With respect to the Be. LLC families and members, Ms. Brainard, was brought on because of her knowledge of the Be. LLC families and her helpful customer servicing to these families. Her knowledge of the Be. LLC families lead the way to her transfer from Be. LLC to

My Talent Service.

Scott, it was much easier to transfer former employees, as you may already know, who know Be. LLC and who already have inside first hand information instead of trying to hire, train, and inform someone else who knows nothing of the former.
