To whom it may concern,

BE Productions, a.k.a BE, LLC, a.k.a gonnabe.com, a.k.a My Artist's Place, a.k.a My Talent Service and another dozen or so entity names, has an undistinguished F-rating by the Better Business Bureau (see http://www.bbb.org/san-diego/business-reviews/modeling-and-talent-agencies/be-production-in-san-diego-ca-171984251/), is suspected of fraudulent business practices involving the California Advanced Talent Fee law, and has recently closed all of its Northern, Central and Southern California offices including its Emeryville headquarters as well as locations in San Jose, Tarzana and San Diego. They have been investigated by NBC Channel 7 on Your Side in the bay area (see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uVuZVb9LlwA), and are now facing a possible class action law suit.

The principals of these companies are Erik DeSando and Barry Falck -- a simple Google search of these names plus the word "scam" will provide more than enough information from reputable consumer protection sources, including RipOffReport.com, BizParents.org, as well as numerous blogs started by concerned parents and quotes from former employees. Erik DeSando recently claimed that he is no longer the owner of BE, and that the company is under conservatorship, yet there is no bankruptcy filing, nor any court proceeding that says such a legal action has actually taken place.

Is this the face you want Miss California USA to have?

Please consider removing BE Productions (gonnabe.com) from your Web site.
