Eric Desando,Barry Falck and Domingo Casanas- Where did you hide the MONEY?
Eric, your email to Linda and the other parents is full of Cr##! How can you and your "gang" live with yourself? I asked you more than once to answer my questions..was it that you had to "run" as I was told by someone on Facebook first? From getting Six flags to pull off of the Be Web site,to Domingo and his threats to contact his "esquire" lawyer,to Barry's "it's not going to happen" to my refund request, to this load of cr## you try to explain this to the parents. Why didn't you or Domingo have enough nerve to tell us that you were going to transfer our contract to Monterey? Why did you have Domingo lie to our face? You know what dude..I feel sorry for you. Have you seen my blog?

understood.. .. the company has been taken over by a conservatorship by the biggest debtor who has a UCC filing on any assets...meaning there is nothing left to return to customers. i have been removed from my position in the company and no longer have any power to help you. my recommendation is to use the services and discounts still available and not waste your time trying to get money from a company that is on the verge of bankrupcy. the conservator is still payintg to provide member benifits so use them!!
